中医治疗眼病临证思路探讨

摘　　要：由于眼睛独特的生理、病理特点,眼科疾病在其发生、发展过程中表现复杂多样,很多眼病治疗棘手,中医治疗眼病具有一定的优势和特色。现代先进科学仪器的使用使得中医眼科学进入新的阶段,因此对中医治疗眼病临证思路进行探讨具有重要意义。当代中医治疗眼病时需先辨病(包括中医之"病"及西医之"病"),再辨证,诊疗过程中辨病与辨证相结合。科学的临证思路有利于正确运用中医理论知识把握眼病发生发展规律,规范中医眼病诊断和治疗,提高中医治疗眼病临床疗效。Because of its unique physiology and pathology characteristics,eyes diseases are of complicated manifestation in its occurrence and development process. Although a lot of eye diseases are difficult to cure,TCM treatment has certain advantages and characteristics in management of it. The use of modern advanced scientific instruments has made the ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine enter a new phase,which is significant for exploring the clinical thought of TCM on eye diseases. Nowadays,in eye diseases management by TCM,doctors should differentiate the disease firstly and differentiate the syndrome secondly.The combination of disease and syndrome differentiation are very important. Scientific clinical thought is helpful for grasping incidence and development pattern of eye diseases as well as standardization of eye disease diagnosis and treatment by TCM,and eventually it may improve the clinical curative effect of TCM therapy on eye diseases.
