摘　　要：医疗纠纷给患者和医院双方都造成了严重的损害,探讨医疗纠纷风险控制体系对于减少其损害,构建和谐医患关系具有重要意义。本文运用管理学中的控制职能理论,从事前、事中、事后3个方面探讨了医疗纠纷风险控制体系,以期降低医疗纠纷的发生率,妥善解决医疗纠纷,构建和谐的医患关系。Medical disputes have caused serious damage to both patients and hospitals. To discuss the risk control system of medical dispute is of great significance for reducing the medical disputes＂ damage and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. This paper discusses the risk control system by the control function theory of management which involves beforehand control, intermediate control and afterwards control, in order to reduce the incidence rate of medical disputes, solve medical disputes properly, structure a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
