摘  要:目的:应用排队论量化分析儿科门诊医师工作量,提出优化配置医师方案。方法:运用排队论模型,计算儿科门诊患者排队系统中的各项运行指标,得出合理的儿科医师配置。结果:每周四、周五上午配置8名医师较为合理;每周一至周三,周六至周日配置9名医师较为合理。结论:排队论可量化评估医师工作量,同时为研究门诊合理配置医师提供科学依据。Objective: To analyze the workload of pediatricians in outpatient department based on queuing theory quantitatively and propose optimal pediatricians allocation scheme. Methods:Applying queuing theory model to calculate operation indexes of oulpatients queuing system to achieve reasonable pediatricians allocation. Results:Allocating 8 pediatricians in Thursday and Friday morning and 9 pediatricians from Monday to Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday were reasonable. Conclusion: Queuing theory can analyze the workload of pediatricians quantitatively as well as provide a scientific basis for studying the rational staff scheduling in outpatient department.
