摘　　要：目的:调查大学新生网络依赖状况及其与吸烟、饮酒行为的关系。方法:整群随机抽取某高校1281名新生,进行网络成瘾量表(IAT)、尼古丁依赖量表(FTND)、酒精滥用识别量表(AUDIT)问卷测试。结果:大学新生总体网络依赖率为1.1%,独生子女IAT得分及网络依赖发生率高于非独生子女(均P<0.001),城市学生IAT得分及网络依赖发生率高于农村学生(P<0.01、P<0.05);新生总体吸烟率为5.9%(成瘾率为0.2%)、总体饮酒率为19.5%(滥用率为12.6%),男生吸烟和饮酒严重程度显著高于女生(均P<0.001),独生子女在饮酒及酒精滥用比例上高于非独生子女(P<0.01、P<0.05);独生子女、饮酒、AUDIT得分等对网络依赖问题具有正向预测作用。结论:大学新生具有一定的网络依赖风险,独生子女、酒精滥用程度是大学新生网络依赖问题的可能风险因素,对大学新生进行心理健康教育与辅导工作需加以关注。Objective： To explore the relationships between smoking, drinking and Intemet addiction among university freshmen. Methods： The Intemet Addiction Test（ IAT）, the Fagerstrom Test for Nicotine Dependence（ FIND）, and the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test（ AU- DIT） were used to test 1281 freshmen who were randomly selected in a local university. Results： The rate of Internet addiction among the total freshmen was 1.1%. Students from one-child family compared with those who are not in one-child family, and urban sl：udents compared with rural students, were more involved into Intemet addiction behaviors（ Ps〈0.001 ）. The rate of smokers among the total freshnaen was 5.9% with the rate of nicotine addicts being 0.2%, and the rate of drinkers among the total freshmen was 19.5% with the rate of alcohol addicts being 12.6%. Males were more involved into smoking and drinking than females （Ps〈0.001）. Logistic regression analyses showed that being one-child, drinking, and higher AUDIT scores were the risk factors for freshmen＇ problem interact using. Conclusion： The freshmen were expected to take certain risk for Intemet disorders, and being one-child and more heavier drinking behavior might be the potential risk factors for Intemet addiction university freshmen.
