摘 要:传统的采煤机截割部保护装置采用扭矩轴结构,由于扭矩轴卸荷槽在设计之初已经确定,遇到井下煤层复杂地质条件变化时,扭矩轴断裂较为频繁,增加采煤机运行成本;另外扭矩轴损坏时,更换新的扭矩轴花费时间较长,降低采煤机开机率,影响工作面产煤量。针对此问题对原结构进行改进,保留扭矩轴离合功能,增加限矩器对采煤机截割部进行保护,改进后的结构省去扭矩轴折断更换时间,同时降低采煤机运行成本,提升工作面开机率,提高了经济效益。The torque axis structure is used of traditional protector of coal winning machine cutting part. The protecting slotware is ascertained on at the beginning of design. Once encountering complicated coal seam condition. The torque axis is destroyed frequently on the one hand, it increases using cost;on the other hand, replacing of new torque axis needs longtime. It reduces use rate of coal Winning Machine,effects coal output of working face. Focusing on the problem, the text advances a new structure,which preserves clutch function of the torque axis,and adds torque limiter protector. Improvement structure leaves out time of replacing new the torque axis, reduces using cost, increases use rate of coal winning machine, and advances economy benefit.
