摘 要:目的调查制药企业职业性微波辐射接触对工人的睡眠及认知功能的影响。方法以近年委托广州市职业病防治院做职业健康检查的8家制药企业接触微波辐射的工人为暴露组及部分同企业非接触工人为对照组,进行职业健康检查、问诊和体格检查,同时进行简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)测试并进行评价。结果职业性微波辐射暴露对工人的睡眠状态无明显影响,暴露组头痛(晕)检出率明显高于对照组(χ~2=6.83,P〈0.01);职业性微波辐射接触对工人的MMSE总得分、注意力与计算力、回忆能力得分有影响,暴露组的认知得分较对照组有降低(均P〈0.01);而接触工龄与认知功能得分之间无明显相关关系。结论职业性微波辐射暴露对工人的神经系统症状及认知功能有影响,这种影响可能为一种随机效应。[Objective]To investigate the effect of occupational exposure to microwave radiation on the sleep and cognitive function of the workers in pharmaceutical enterprises. [Methods]The workers exposed to microwave radiation in 8pharmaceutical enterprises which have deputed the occupational health examination to the Occupation Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital in Guangzhou in recent years were rerolled in the exposure group,and the workers who have not exposed to microwave radiation recruited in the control group. The workers were investigated through the occupational health examination,inquiry and physical examination. At the same time,they were tested by the Mini Mental Status Questionnaire(MMSE),and the results were evaluated.[Results]The occupational exposure to microwave radiation had no significant effect on the sleep status of workers,and the detection rate of headache(dizziness) in the exposure group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ^2=6.83,P〈0.01). The occupational exposure to microwave radiation had effect on total score of MMSE,score of attention and calculation ability,and score of memory,and the cognitive function score in the exposure group was lower than that in the control group(P〈0.01). There was no significant correlation between exposure length and cognitive function score.[Conclusion]The occupational exposure to microwave radiation has an effect on the nervous system symptoms and cognitive function of workers,which may be a random effect.
