摘 要:目的按照《空气污染对人群健康影响监测工作手册(2015)PM_(2.5)采样及成分分析部分》规定的检验方法,验证该方法中汞元素在该实验室开展检测工作的适宜性。方法将模拟采样的石英滤膜用10 ml 5%的硝酸,在70℃水浴中超声浸提3 h,定容,对方法的回归曲线、检出限、定量下限、精密度、准确度等进行测定。结果方法的标准曲线为:y=5 613x+0.1 517,相关系数为r=0.998 4,检出限为0.04μg/L,定量下限为0.16μg/L,相对标准偏差RSD在2.853%~6.475%之间,回收率在91.5%~102%之间。结论该方法简便,快速,灵敏度高,线性范围宽,适合于该实验室开展PM_(2.5)颗粒物中汞的测定工作。[Objective]According to the method of the Air pollution on human health effects monitoring handbook(2015)PartPM_(2.5)sampling and composition analysis,to verify the suitability of mercury determination in the laboratory.[Methods] The quartz membrane of analog sampling was treated in 10 ml 5% nitric acid and extract by ultrasonic in 70 ℃ water bath for3 hours,then constant volume. The regression curve,detection limit,lower limit of quantification,precision and accuracy of method were studied.[Results]The standard curve of method was y =5 613 x +0.1 517,and the correlation coefficient(r)was0.998 4. The detection limit was 0.04 μg/L,lower limit of quantification was 0.16 μg/L,relative standard deviation(RSD)was2.853%-6.475%,and recovery rate was 91.5%-102%.[Conclusion]The method is simple and rapid,with high sensitivity and wide linear range,which is for the laboratory determination of mercury in PM_(2.5)particulate.
