摘  要:目的通过对2013—2014年北京市某区生活饮用水卫生应急事件监测情况的分析,全面掌握某区生活饮用水突发事件的发生情况,早期发现健康危害因素,为政府实施监管提供科学依据。方法对生活饮用水应急事件进行现场调查,并采集生活饮用水样品,将采集的水样依据GB/T 5750-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》进行检验分析;检验结果依据GB/T5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》进行评价。结果 2013和2014年某区发生水投诉事件分别为31和29起。饮用水感官性状的改变是引起投诉的主要原因。2013和2014年某区生活饮用水投诉事件中自备井供水投诉事件比例分别为67.74%和62.07%。其次为2次供水。2013和2014年投诉的2次供水水样水质不合格率分别为42.86%和14.29%。2013和2014年投诉的自备井水水样水质不合格率分别为23.53%和19.51%。投诉事件监测的水样中主要不合格项目为细菌总数、浑浊度、亚硝酸盐和氨氮。结论北京市某区生活饮用水投诉事件主要发生在自备井水和2次供水的供水方式。自备井水和2次供水水质不合格率较高,需进一步加强日常的监管工作。[Objective]To analyze the health emergency events of drinking water in a district of Beijng City from 2013-2014,to fully grasp the process of the health emergency event of drinking water,to find the health risk factors,and provide evidence for the government regulation. [Methods]Field investigation was used in this event. On the basis of"Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water"(GB/T 5750-2006),the water samples of drinking water emergencies were collected and examined. The test results were evaluated on "Standard for Drinking Water Quality"(GB/T 5749-2006). [Results]There were 31 cases and 29 cases of drinking water complaints in a certain district in 2013 and 2014. The change of the sensory properties of drinking water was the main cause of complaint. The complaints for self-drilled well had the highest proportion in a District of Beijing City in 2013 and2014,followed by secondary water supply. The unqualified rate of secondary water supply in 2013 and 2014 were 42.86% and14.29% respectively. The unqualified rate of self-drilled well water in 2013 and 2014 were 23.53% and 19.51% respectively. The main unqualified indexes of drinking water emergencies were total bacterial count,turbidity,nitrite nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen.[Conclusion]Most complaints are about self-drilled well and secondary water supply in a certain district of Beijing City,with high unqualified rate of water quality. Therefore,hygienic inspection should be enhanced.
