摘 要:目的了解南京市某校卫生类五年制高职学生健康素养现状,分析主要的影响因素,揭示学生健康素养相关知识的知晓情况,为有针对性地开展健康素养干预工作提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,于2016年2、3月间在南京市某卫生类高职院校抽取990人进行问卷调查并分析。结果 22.44%的学生具备健康素养,学生健康素养的总平均得分是(72.89±8.24)分,其中基本知识和理念的平均得分是(36.47±4.26)分,健康生活方式与行为的平均得分是(19.07±3.07)分,基本技能的平均得分是(17.34±3.04)分,3方面素养中健康生活方式与健康生活方式与行为合格率最低(因为每一维度总分不同,比较平均分不合适);各维度间存在着正相关关系;健康素养主要影响因素为性别、民族、年级、专业。结论卫生类五年制高职学校应在加强健康教育的基础上,注重学生行为的培养,改善健康教育模式与方法,改善学生的知识结构,并进行定期的监测与评价。[Objective]To understand the status of health literacy among students in a five-year health vocational college in Nanjing City,analyze the main influencing factors,reveal the awareness rate of knowledge about health literacy among students,and provide reference for carrying out the intervention of health literacy.[Methods]Using stratified cluster sampling method,990 students were collected from a health vocational college in Nanjing City in February and March of 2016. The questionnaire survey was performed and the results were analyzed. [Results]22.44% of the students had health literacy. The total average score of health literacy was72.89 ±8.24. The average score of basic knowledge and concept,f healthy lifestyle and behavior,and health skills was 36.47±4.26,19.07 ±3.07 and 17.34 ±3.04,respectively. The qualified rate of healthy lifestyle and behavior was the lowest. There was positive correlation among different dimensions. The main influencing factors of health literacy were sex,nation,grade and specialty.[Conclusion]The five-year health vocational college should strengthen health education,pay attention to cultivation of students' behavior,improve education model and method,optimize knowledge structure,and conduct the regular monitoring and evaluation.
