摘 要:目的了解血常规检查作为职业接触噪声工人职业健康检查基础指标的可能性。方法对2015年在秦皇岛市疾病预防控制中心进行职业健康检查的接触职业噪声工人1 281例,采用全自动血红细胞分析仪进行血常规控制。结果白细胞降低率男性为2.67%,女性为6.41%;红细胞异常率男性为0.27%,女性为1.92%;血红蛋白降低率男性为0.18%,女性为6.41%;性别间差异均有统计学意义(χ^2值分别为6.35、8.05和57.36,P〈0.05或0.01)。血红蛋白升高率男性为24%,女性为7.69%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=21.22,P〈0.01)。白细胞增高率、血小板增高率与降低率在不同性别间没有统计学差异。白细胞增高率与降低率、红细胞异常率、血红蛋白降低率与升高率、血小板增高率与降低率在各年龄段间差异无统计学意义。结论接触职业噪声人群职业健康检查仍可将血常规作为基础检验。[Objective]To study the possibility of blood routine examination as basic index in occupational health examination for noise-exposed workers.[Methods]1 281 workers who have received the occupational health examination in Qinhuangdao Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2015 were enrolled in this study,and the f blood routine examination was performed by the automatic blood red blood cell analyzer.[Results]The rate of leukocyte reduction in males and females was2.67% and 6.41% respectively,the abnormal rate of red blood cells in males and females was 0.27% and 1.92% respectively,the rate of hemoglobin reduction in males and females was 0.18% and 6.41% respectively,and the differences were statistically significant between sex groups(χ~2=6.35,χ~2=8.05,χ~2=57.36,P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The rate of elevated hemoglobin in males and females was 24% and 7.69% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=21.22,P〈0.01). There were no statistically significant differences in rate of elevated leukocyte,rate of elevated platelet and rate of platelet reduction between sex groups. There were no statistically significant differences in rates of elevated leukocyte and leukocyte reduction,abnormal rate of red blood cells,rates of hemoglobin reduction and elevated hemoglobin,and rates of elevated platelet and platelet reduction in different age groups.[Conclusion]The blood routine examination can be used as basic index in occupational health examination for noise-exposed workers.
