摘　　要："一带一路"是我国主动应对世界多极化和经济全球化,科学统筹国际国内两个市场所作出的重大战略决策,在此背景下,将会有越来越多的企业走出国门布局海外市场。知识产权保护始终都是海外投资关注的重要焦点。实施海外投资知识产权保护战略,既是"一带一路"战略的内在要求,又是防范和化解知识产权法律风险、维护企业海外投资利益的重要保障。实施海外投资知识产权保护战略,国家统筹谋划是关键,企业主动应对是根本,社会共同参与是基础,三者缺一不可。＂One Belt and One Road＂ is one of the most important strategic decisions in China. This initiative demonstrated that we can active response to of the world multi- polarization, economic globalization and scientifically co- ordinate domestic and international markets. In this context, more and more enterprises will go abroad to layout the overseas markets. Intellectual property protection is always an important focus of overseas investment. The implementation of intellectual property protection of overseas investment strategy is an inherent requirement of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ initiative, but also an important safeguard to prevent and defuse the risk of intellectual property law and maintain the interests of overseas investment. There are three indispensable points in the implementation of overseas investment intellectual property protection strategies： national co- ordination is the key; enterprises active response is the fundamental and social participation is the base.
