摘　　要：文章对21世纪以来我国农村金融改革的历程作了简要回顾,并在此基础上提出新常态下我国农村金融改革的反思。文章认为,新常态下我国农村金融再改革,要发挥政府作用,加强农村金融政策扶持;创新金融产品,建立多元化的农村金融体系;提高农户信用意识,加强农村金融担保体系建设;加强农村金融监管,完善农村金融保障体系。This paper reviews the course of rural financial reform in China briefly. And on this basis, it gives a reflection on the reform of rural finance in the ＂New Normal＂. This paper considers that we should give full play of the government in rural financial reform, enforce rural financial supporting, create new financial products and establish multi- rural financial system. In this way, we can improve rural households＇ credit mind, promote the rural credit system construction and financial regulation, and perfect the rural financial security system.
