摘  要:热处理是通过加热、保温、冷却三个主要过程达到改变材料和零件组织性能,实现提高机械装备性能和寿命目的,所以热处理与温度紧密相关联,温度的准确测量和控制是热处理成败的关键。GB/T 30825—2014《热处理温度测量》从热处理设备和仪表系统分类、系统精度校验、温度均匀性测量、温度传感器、仪表、管理等方面提出了要求。为满足热处理的温度准确控制更多和更高要求,在我国热处理标准中首次提出了对热处理设备的仪表系统的要求,热处理炉仪表系统类型根据温度控制、记录和监控仪表及其温度传感器配置分为A、B、C、D、E、F型。标准还系统完善和规定了热处理设备的温度系统精度校验,对热处理设备温度均匀性、热电偶和仪表提出了更高要求,标准总体水平与AMS 2750E相当,以适应装备制造业与国际接轨对热处理高要求和国际合作发展的需求。Heat treatment is the way to change components and material' s microstructure in order to enhance equipment' s performance and lifecyele by the process of heating, heat preservation and cooling. Therefore, temperature is closely related and its accurate measurement and control is the key to success of heat treatment. GB/T 30825--2014- " Pyrometry for heat treatment" raises out requirement for classification of heat treatment furnace, system accuracy test, temperature uniformity surveys, temperature sensors, instrumentation, and management. To satisfy more and higher requirement for temperature control in heat treatment, it was the first time to have request on heat treatment equipment' s instruments, categorizing types of A, B, C, D and E according to temperature regulation, recording and monitoring devices and temperature sensor. The standard also systematically provides regulations of temperature system accuracy test and higher requirement for temperature uniformity, thermocouple and instruments. It has overall equivalent level as AMS 2750E, matching for high standard for equipment industry and international cooperation in heat treatment.
