摘　　要：热处理作为特殊工艺过程必须采取特殊措施,实施全面质量控制,建立专门的质量控制体系和完整的过程控制规范。《热处理质量控制体系》国家标准是在GB/T 19001—2008/ISO 9001:2008质量管理体系或其等效标准要求的基础上,结合相关管理体系的管理原则,针对热处理生产和质量控制的特点,采用过程方法和系统方法,增强顾客满意、提升热处理质量控制水平,强调预防缺陷、减少变差、规范作业、持续改进的质量控制体系。本文重点从质量策划和持续改进、人员、物料、设备、工艺材料、工艺与过程控制、作业场所与安全卫生等环节的规定和要求方面对标准主要内容进行解读。Heat treatment must be taken special measures as a special technology process, and implemented total quality control, established special quality control system and complete process control specification. Standard Quality control system for heat treatment is a quality control system based on GB/T 19001-2008 / ISO 9001：2008 quality management system or its equivalent standards, on the basis of combining with related management system management principle, according to the characteristics of the heat treatment production and quality control, adopting process method and system method, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, enhance the level of heat treatment quality control , emphasize defect prevention and reduce variation, job specification, continuous improvement. This paper mainly accounts for the quality planning and continuous improvement, personnel, customer property, equipment, process materials, process and process control, workplaees and safety and health rules and requirements of the standard main contents.
