摘 要:为解决平顶山矿区岩巷掘进速度慢、采掘接续紧张的难题,分析了制约综掘成巷速度的主要因素,提出了五位一体综掘快速成巷技术体系。以24011工作面瓦斯抽采巷为例,确定了合理的巷道掘进层位与断面,建立了综掘机械化作业线,提出了"时空立体交叉施工作业"方法以及"快速支护、主动支护"围岩控制技术,开发了"精细地质探测、综合除尘、硬岩震动爆破"等保障技术,形成了"巷道层位与断面设计、设备合理选型与配套、施工工艺、高效支护、施工安全与保障"五位一体综掘快速成巷技术体系。实践表明,该技术体系实现了高效破岩、连续出矸、高效支护和有效除尘,月进尺达312 m,显著提高了岩巷掘进速度。In order to solve the problem of slow excavation of rock roadways and tense prospect of mining and excavation continuance in Pingdingshan Mining Area,the main factors that constraints fully-mechanized excavation speed were studied, and a five-in-one fully-mechanized rapid excavation technological system was put forward. Taking the gas drainage roadway for the 24011 working face as an example ,reasonable roadway excavation horizon and section were determined; a fully-mechanized operation line was established; a time-space vertical intersection construction method and a rapid and active support of surrounding rock control technology were proposed ; a series of security technologies including fine geological detection, comprehensive dust removal and hard rock vibration blasting were developed;and finally a five-in- one fully-mechanized rapid excavation technology system including roadway horizon and section design ,rational selection of equipment and matching facilities, construction technology, efficient support technology and construction safety and security was formed. The practice showed that this technology system realized high-efficiency rock breaking, continuous waste stone exhaust, efficient support and dust removal, and the excavation speed was up to 312 meters per month which significantly increased the speed of rock roadway excavation.
