摘 要:目的探讨恶性淋巴瘤中基因重排的特点。方法回顾性分析87例恶性淋巴瘤组织样本,利用荧光原位杂交技术,分别检测弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤、滤泡性淋巴瘤、黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤、套细胞淋巴瘤、Burkitt淋巴瘤和间变性大细胞淋巴瘤中BCL-6、BCL-2、MALT1、CCND1、C-MYC和ALK基因重排。结果弥漫大B细胞性淋巴瘤中BCL-6基因重排的阳性率为29.03%(9/31),滤泡性淋巴瘤中BCL-2基因重排的阳性率为61.11%(11/18),黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤中MALT1基因重排的阳性率为47.37%(9/19),套细胞淋巴瘤中CCND1基因重排的阳性率为88.88%(8/9),Burkitt淋巴瘤中C-MYC基因重排的阳性率为100%(2/2)和间变性大细胞淋巴瘤中ALK基因重排的阳性率为75.00%(6/8)。结论基因重排对恶性淋巴瘤的诊断具有重要的实际价值。Objective To analyze the characteristics of gene rearrangement in malignant lymphoma.Methods A retrospective analysis of 87 cases of samples with malignant lymphoma,which were used to detect gene rearrangement by fluorescence in situ hybridization,and Subtypes of diffuse large B cell lymphoma with the BCL-6gene rearrangement,follicular lymphoma with the BCL-2gene rearrangement,the mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma with MALT1 gene rearrangement,mantle cell lymphoma with CCND1 gene rearrangement,Burkitt lymphoma with C-MYC gene rearrangement and anaplastic large cell lymphoma with ALK gene rearrangement,respectively.Results The positive rate of BCL-6gene rearrangement was 29.03%(9/31)in diffuse large B cell lymphoma,the positive rate of BCL-2gene rearrangement was 61.11%(11/18)in follicular lymphoma,the positive rate of MALT1 gene rearrangement was 47.37%(9/19)in mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma,the positive rate of CCND1 gene rearrangement was 88.88%(8/9)in mantle cell lymphoma,the positive rate of C-MYC gene rearrangement was 100%(2/2)in Burkitt lymphoma and the positive rate of ALK gene rearrangement was 75.00%(6/8)in anaplastic large cell lymphoma.Conclusion Gene rearrangement has an important practical value to the diagnosis of malignant lymphoma.
