摘  要:目的探讨IL-12、IL-4、IL-8、转化生长因子-β1及1,25-二羟基维生素D3在婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎表达水平及其临床意义。方法选取2013年1月至2015年1月于我院接受治疗的40例喘息性支气管炎患儿为研究对象,设为喘息组;选取同一时期来我院健康中心接受体检的婴幼儿40名为研究对象,设为对照组。检测两组婴幼儿1,25-(OH)D3及TGF-β1、IL-4、IL-8、IL-12表达水平。比较两组婴幼儿的1,25-(OH)D3、TGF-β1、IL-4、IL-8、IL-12水平及其相互关系。结果喘息组1,25-(OH)D3、TGF-β1明显低于对照组(P<0.05);喘息组患儿IL-4、IL-8水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);喘息组IL-12水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);1,25-(OH)D3与TGF-β1呈正相关(r=0.749,P<0.05);1,25-(OH)D3与IL-12呈正相关(r=0.802,P<0.05);1,25-(OH)D3与IL-4呈负相关(r=-0.895,P<0.05);1,25-(OH)D3与IL-8呈负相关(r=-0.736,P<0.05)。结论 1,25-(OH)D3、TGF-β1、IL-12降低及IL-4、IL-8升高与婴幼儿喘息型支气管炎发病有关,检测1,25-(OH)D3、TGF-β1、IL-12、IL-4、IL-8表达水平可作为判断婴幼儿喘息型支气管炎的重要指标。Objective T o investigate the IL-12,IL-4,IL-8,transforming growth factorβ1and 1,25-two hydroxy vitamins D3 expression and its clinical significance in infants with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods 40 cases of children with asthmatic bronchitis methods from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital as the research object,for the wheezing group selected from the same period,the health center of our hospital for medical examination of the infant 40 cases as the research object,as the control group.Two groups were detected with 1,25-(OH)D3and TGF-β1,IL-4,IL-8,IL-12 expression levels were compared between the two groups of infants.Results 1,25-(OH)D3,TGF-β1,IL-4,IL-8,IL-12 and the level of each other the results of the wheezing group 1,25-(OH)D3,TGF-β1was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05).Children with wheezing group IL-4,IL-8was significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05);the level of IL-12 in wheezing group was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05).1,25-(OH)D3and TGF-β1positive(r=0.749,P〈0.05);1,25-(OH)D3and IL-12 was positively correlated(r= 0.802,P〈0.05);1,25-(OH)D3and IL-4was negative correlation(r=-0.895,P〈0.05);1,25-(OH)D3and IL-8showed a negative correlation(r=-0.736,P〈0.05).Conclusion 1,25-(OH)D3and TGF-β1,IL-12 decreased and IL-4,IL-8increased with the pathogenesis of Infantile Asthmatic Bronchitis,detection of 1,25-(OH)D3,TGF-β1,IL-12,IL-4and IL-8expression level can be an important indicator of the as judged Infantile Asthmatic Bronchitis.
