摘 要:采用机械球磨法制备片状银粉,通过扫描电镜和热重分析仪表征银粉形貌、粒径及纯度,研究球磨动能及后处理等因素对银粉性能的影响。结果表明,以球形银粉为球磨前驱体,氧化锆球为磨球,无水乙醇为球磨介质,球磨转速为200 r/min,球料质量比为12∶1,介料质量比为2∶1,填充系数为0.5,油酸为球磨助剂,随着球磨时间的延长,能够制备出不同粒径范围的高片状率的片状银粉;经过后处理后,银粉表面粗糙,热失质量分数小于0.1%,符合片状银粉的应用指标。The flake silver powders were prepared by planetary ball milling, and then characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA). Based on the characterization results, the impacting factors on fabrication and treatment of flake silver were studied. With the conditions that spherical powder as precursor, zirconia balls as balls, ethanol as milling media, milling speed with 200 r/min, the mass ratio of ball and powder with 12:1, the mass ratio of media and powder with 2:1, fill factor with 0.5, and oleic acid as milling aids, the high flaky silver powder with different particle size is prepared with the increase of milling time. After being treated, the surface of silver particle is rough, and TGA is less than 0. 1%. The result shows that the flake silver powder achieves the application standard.
