摘 要:两相流液位控制器是结合控制原理和气液两相流动特性设计的一种全新液位控制设备,介绍了该控制器的工作原理,给出了控制器传感器和调节器的设计公式,并且分析调节系统的稳定性,实践表明,该液位控制器安全性高,调节能力强,具有广泛的发展前景。A liqiud level controller with steam-liquid two phase flow is a new liquid level controller which is designed based on control principle and physical properties of steam-liquid two phase flow. In this paper, the principle of the controller is elaborated and design equations of the controller sensor and regulator are established. Stability of adjusting performance is analyzed also. Applied experience shows that the liquid level controller has high security, stronger adjustment and a broad application prospect.
