用保留腘绳肌胫骨止点-股骨端Rigidfix十字交叉固定重建ACL术治疗ACL断裂的效果

摘　　要：目的 :探讨用保留腘绳肌胫骨止点-股骨端Rigidfix十字交叉固定重建ACL术治疗前交叉韧带(ACL)断裂的效果。方法 :将近年来我院收治的40例ACL断裂患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机分为研究组与对照组,为研究组患者采用关节镜下保留腘绳肌胫骨止点-股骨端Rigidfix十字交叉固定重建ACL术进行治疗,为对照组患者采用关节镜下自体腘绳肌腱重建ACL术进行治疗,然后对比分析其临床疗效。结果 :与进行治疗前相比,两组患者在进行治疗后其Lysholm膝关节评分较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与进行治疗前相比,两组患者在术后1年其KT-1000两侧差值、IKDC评分和Lysholm评分均较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者在进行手术治疗后其KT-1000两侧差值、IKDC评分和Lysholm评分相比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者在术后均未发生膝关节感染等并发症。结论 :采用关节镜下保留腘绳肌胫骨止点-股骨端Rigidfix十字交叉固定重建ACL术治疗ACL断裂可取得理想的效果,而且安全性较高,手术的费用较少。Objective： to explore the curative effect of the reserved hamstring Rigidfix cross check point- the femur end tibia fixation of anterior cruciate ligament（ACL） reconstruction surgery way. Method： we take our 40 recent patients with ACL fracture as the object of study and randomly divide them into study group and control group. The patients in the study group are treated with the reserved hamstring Rigidfix cross check point- the femur end tibia fracture patients fixed anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, while the patients in the control group are treated with autograft hamstring tendon（ACL） reconstruction. We compare the experiment results and analyze the curable effect of the two methods. Result： Both of the two groups have higher scores on the Lysholm knee assessment after treatment. This difference is statistically significant（P〈0.01） on KT-1000, IKDC score and Lysholm score after one year. However, the difference between these two groups are not statistically significant after the operation（P〉0.05）. No knee joint infection occurs in either group. Conclusions： retaining hamstring Rigidfix cross check point- the femur end tibia fixation of anterior cruciate ligament（ACL） reconstruction operation can achieve the desired results with high security and less cost of surgery.
