用利福喷丁与利福平治疗肺结核的效果对比

摘　　要：目的 :对比分析用利福喷丁与利福平治疗肺结核的效果。方法 :将2014年4月至2015年4月我院收治的82例肺结核患者随机分为观察组与对照组。为对照组患者采用含利福平的RHZE抗结核方案进行治疗,为观察组患者采用含利福喷丁的LHZE抗结核方案进行治疗,然后对比分析两组患者的临床疗效及发生不良反应的情况。结果 :与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(X^2=12.137,P<0.05)。与对照组患者相比,观察组患者进行治疗后其咳嗽消失的时间、肺部啰音消失的时间及喘息消失的时间均较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者在进行治疗期间,有6例患者发生不良反应,其不良反应的总发生率为14.63%。对照组患者在进行治疗期间,有13例患者发生不良反应,其不良反应的总发生率为31.71%。与对照组患者相比,观察组患者不良反应的总发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(X^2=12.177,P<0.05)。结论:采用利福喷丁对肺结核患者进行治疗可取得较为理想的效果,使其临床症状及体征较快地得到改善,加快其康复的速度,而且用药的安全性较高,此法值得在临床上推广应用。Objective： To compare the effects of rifapentine and rifampicin in the treatment of tuberculosis. 82 cases of tuberculosis patients in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were selected, and randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 41 cases in each group. The control group were given rifapentine therapy, and the observation group were given rifampicin therapy. The curative effects in these two groups were compared. Results： After the treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 95.12%, control group 78.05%, showing that the observation was significantly higher than the control group, with significant difference, P 0.05; compared with the control group, the disappeared time of cough, pulmonary rales, wheezing and other symptoms were significantly reduced, with significant differences, P0.05; the adverse reactions incidence in the observation group was 14.63%, control group 31.71%, showing the observation group significantly lower than control group, with significant difference, P0.05. Conclusion： The curative effect of rifapentine for the tuberculosis patients is better, symptoms disappear quickly, and fewer adverse reactions, should be widely applied in clinical practice.
