浅谈我国社区医疗机构对老年人进行护理服务中存在的问题及解决对策

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快和家庭保障功能的弱化,由社区医疗机构对老年人进行系统的护理服务已逐渐成为促进社会发展和保障老年人健康及生活质量的重要措施。但是,目前我国的社区医疗机构在对老年人进行护理服务的过程中仍存在缺乏整体规划、工作人员的专业技术水平较低、提供的服务范围较小、服务质量较差等问题。在现阶段,社区医疗机构应不断提高护理人员的专业素养,完善对老年人进行护理服务的质量要求。本文收集整理了相关的文献及我院的调查资料,分析了在对老年人进行社区护理服务中存在的问题,并探讨了社区医疗机构在提高对老年人护理服务质量方面的相关措施。In recent years, with accelerating of the aging population and the weakening of the process of family support functions, the systematical elderly care service by the community health care institutions has gradually b ecome an important measure to promote the social development and health and quality of life for the elderly. However, currently lacking of overall planning, low professional level of technical staff, and small range of services provided and poor service quality are still the problems in the process of nursing service for the elderly by the community medical institutions of our country. Currently, the community medical institutions should continue to improve the professional quality of nursing staff, and improve the quality of nursing services for the elderly. Relevant literature and survey data of our hospital were collected, problems in the community nursing service for the elderly were analyzed, and relevant measures to improve the quality of nursing service in the community medical institutions for the elderly were also explored.
