摘 要:目的 :探讨对老年痴呆症患者进行全程护理的临床效果。方法 :选取我院于2014年5月至2015年3月期间收治的86例老年痴呆症患者作为研究对象。按照随机方案将这86例患者分成全程护理组(43例)和常规护理组(43例)。在这两组患者接受治疗期间,对常规护理组患者进行常规护理,在此基础上,对全程护理组患者进行全程护理。护理结束后,对比两组患者的临床护理效果、血红蛋白的水平、血清总蛋白的水平、白蛋白的水平、球蛋白的水平和吞咽功能的改善率。结果 :与常规护理组患者相比,全程护理组患者接受护理的优良率、血红蛋白的水平、血清总蛋白的水平、白蛋白的水平、球蛋白的水平、吞咽功能的改善率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :对老年痴呆症患者进行全程护理能够改善其吞咽功能,提高其血红蛋白的水平、血清总蛋白的水平、白蛋白的水平、球蛋白的水平。Objective To investigate the influence of the entire nursing interventions to strengthen health education on Alzheimer's patients dysphagia. Methods A random number table in our hospital in May 2014 to 86 cases of senile dementia patients were treated in March 2015 were randomly divided into observation group(43 patients underwent full care and strengthen health education) and control group(43 cases, routine care), nutrition and nursing satisfaction between the two groups after the treatment. Results There were rows after the nutritional status of health education was significantly better than the control group, the observation group of patients depression Tian water test results than the control group, dysphagia improvement rate was 97.67%, 86.04% higher than that of, p〈 0.05 The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion full nursing care can significantly enhance the effect of strengthening the patient's health education can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with dementia in the nursing process, to reduce the adverse effects of their dysphagia diet is conducive to enhancing the quality of life of patient care.
