摘　　要：分析健康管理服务信息平台的功能和性能设计需求,提出该平台的体系架构,描述平台的总体业务流程、模块及数据库表,对平台实施开发过程中需要解决的技术问题提出解决方法。健康管理服务信息平台的建立和推广有助于全面掌握区域人群健康信息,为卫生行政部门制定医疗服务政策和调配医疗服务资源提供依据。The paper analyzes the design requirements for the functions and performance of the health management service informa- tion platform, and proposes the system architecture of this platform, describes its general business flow, modules and database tables as well as solutions to technical problems to be solved in the process of platform development. The establishment and popularization of this platform is favorable for mastering regional population health information comprehensively and provides the basis for health administrative departments to make medical service policies and allocate medical service resources.
