摘 要:基于航空维修事故统计数据与调查分析,利用航空事故致因理论对航空维修安全绩效进行研究,综合分析了民用航空器维修安全绩效的影响因素,并结合民用航空器的维修实践,构建出基于MMEM系统模型及其改进创新后的民用航空器维修安全绩效指标测评体系,提出适用于测评该体系的λ模测度、choquet模糊积分及三角模糊数等模糊数学有关方法,最后对某民用航空器维修单位的实际维修安全绩效进行测评,结果反映了该维修单位的真实安全状况,并为其进一步实施维修安全管理体系提供帮助。This paper is aimed at introducing an investigation a- nalysis of the aviation maintenance accidents by utilizing the aviation accidents-causing theory to study the safety performance of the civil aircraft maintenal^ce with the statistics data being the strong prop for the analysis. Through a systematic analysis of all the influential elements of the safety performance in the civil aircraft maintenance and the forefront maintenance practice, we have applied the model method of MMEM (short for the system theory of Man-Machine-Environment-Management) to the improvement and innovation on the MMEM so as to build up a safety performance index assessment system of the saif maintenance practice. The above said aircraft maintenance system consists of 5 primary indexes, that is, the maintenance safety management, the main- tenance staff-members, maintenance machinery and installation, the maintenance surroundings as well as the maintenance quality inspection, with 30 secondary indexes in all. And, then, in the maintenance routine, we have applied some fuzzy math theory and methods, including fuzzy measure, choquet integral and the triangle fuzzy number, which is regarded closely relevant to and applicable for the assessment of the aforesaid system. And, next, we have brought about a series of detailed specific procedure and formulas for assessing the safety performance index assessment system of the civil aircraft maintenance in an innovative manner, as is shown below: ( 1 ) working out the performance fuzzy values and weight fuzzy numbers of the secondary-level indexes; (2) finding the performance fuzzy values and the weight fuzzy numbers of the primary-level indexes ; ( 3 ) defuzzying the primary indexes and counting their fuzzy measured data; (4) accounting out the comprehensive assessment data of the safety performance of the civil aircraft maintenance. And, finally, we have launched cooperative research activities with a certain civil aircraft maintenance units and invited some few experts to jo
