摘 要:催化剂是乙烯聚合工业中的核心技术,其研究开发通常伴随着新型聚乙烯产品的发展应用。经过不断的改性研究,现有聚乙烯催化剂主要包括Ziegler-Natta催化剂、铬系催化剂、茂金属催化剂、非茂金属催化剂与复合催化剂五大类。综述了不同类型聚乙烯催化剂的特点、机理与研究现状,指出聚乙烯催化剂的现阶段发展中存在的问题,并对其后续研究提出展望。Use of catalyst is the key technology of ethylene polymerization. In general, research and development of catalyst will be accompanied with advanced application of polyethylene as product. After consistent modification, the existing catalysts mainly include Ziegler-Natta catalysts, Cr-based catalysts, metallocene catalysts, non-metallocene catalysts and hybrid catalysts. In this review, the features, mechanisms and current situations of different kinds of polyethylene catalysts were briefly summarized, and the problems appearing in this stage of development were pointed out. Then future perspective was presented.
