摘  要:在教育的一般价值取向上,高等职业教育与普通高等教育存在明显差别,由此形成的教育类型"二分法",使高层次职业技术人才十分匮乏。本科职业教育的价值取向是填补"职业带"中技工与工程师之间的"空隙",培养"卓越工程师",而非传统意义上的"工匠"。在发展本科职业教育中,地方本科高校可以在教育价值取向上多元化,并在此基础上,明晰职业教育理念与模式,准确把握工匠精神和现代学徒制的真正内涵。In the general value orientation of education,there are obvious differences between higher vocational education and general higher education. The education type of"dichotomy"which is formed thereby makes the great lack of high-level professional and technical personnel. The general value orientation of undergraduate vocational education is to fill the gap between mechanics and engineers in the"professional belt",and to train excellent engineers rather than the traditional craftsmen. In the development of undergraduate vocational education,local undergraduate universities can diversify the educational value orientation. Based on this,it should have the concept and mode of vocational education clear and grasp accurately the real connotation of artisan spirit and modern apprenticeship.
