摘　　要：青年大学生群体是推动社会发展的重要力量,提升大学生的就业能力,对于引导大学生树立正确的就业价值取向,具有重要的现实意义和实践价值。文章剖析大学生就业价值取向的现状和原因,分析当前青年大学生就业自我效能培育的必要性,并在此基础上探索大学生就业价值取向的路径选择与引导策略,对于高校思想政治教育和就业指导工作,具有一定的理论研究价值和实践指导意义。College young group is an important force to promote the development of society. It has an important significance of reality and practical value for college students to promote their employment ability and guide them to establish the correct employment value orientation. The research analyzes the current situation and reasons of college students’ employment value orientation and the necessity of cultivating the employment self-efficacy of college students. Based on the research,this paper inquires into the path selection of college students’ employment value orientation and the guidance strategies. It has the research value in terms of theory and instructive significance in terms of practice for college ideological and political education and employment guidance.
