摘　　要：《人体损伤程度鉴定标准》是在我国相关轻微伤、轻伤、重伤三个标准适用18-24年后的第一个完整的统一标准,其将人体损伤程度分为三级五等,对原标准规定模糊之处亦作了细致划分,本文认为其便于鉴定人掌握和操作,在法医临床鉴定实务中具有重要意义,且围绕该标准实施两年来在司法鉴定实务中所遇到的问题浅析了其法律定位、适用性及工具价值。Human Body Damage Degree Appraisal Standard is the first comprehensive standard after 18-24 years＂ application of different standards of slight injury, minor injury, and serious injury. It divided human body damage degree into three levels and five grades, which is more detailed and specific. It also made detailed divi- sion for the ambiguities in the original standard, which is easier for the appraisers to master and operate and is of great significance in forensic clinical identification practice.Focusing on the problems in the practice of judicial authentication in the implementation process of the Standard in the past two years, this paper introduced the lo- calization, applicability and value of the Standard.
