摘　　要：目的:分析出租车司机被杀案件受害人的损伤情况,以期有助于该类凶杀案件之规律和特点的分析和研究。方法:回顾性分析2000年1月-2015年12月的50例出租车司机被杀案件受害人的损伤及相关情况。结果:弄清杀人动机、发案时点、受害人年龄段概率、案犯多寡与受害人损伤部位的关系、死因及尸体损伤特点对于刻画犯罪嫌疑人及现场重建的意义等。Objective： to analyze the damage to the victim in the cases of murdering taxi driver and provide reference for the analysis and research on the regularity and characteristics of this kind of murder. Methods： ret- rospectively analyze the victim＇s damage and related information in 50 cases of murdering taxi driver from January 2000 to December 2015. Results： it is of great significance to understand the motives, location, victim＇s age, re- lations between the number of criminals and the victims＂ injury, causes, in describing the suspects and recon- structing crime scene, etc..
