摘　　要：针对胜利油田和大庆油田大排量柱塞泵替代高压多级离心泵时出现振动大、噪声大等问题,胜利油田采取了如下措施：整机重心降低0.5 m,在泵进、出口管道设计中将流速控制在1.2-1.8 m/s经济流速范围内;单体泵头改为整体液力端,减少振源,方便操作。大庆油田在胜利油田试验基础上经过调研,选择对置式十柱塞注水泵和单边式五柱塞注水泵替代同参数离心注水泵,为减少振动和噪音,去掉了对置式泵机组的联合底座,直接安装在基础上;对单边式泵机组的联合底座进行二次灌浆充实,达到减振、降噪目的。实施上述措施后机组运行趋于平稳,振动、噪音明显减小,为扩大矿场试验提供了技术保障。For shengli oilfield and daqing oil field large displacement piston pump replace- ment when high pressure multistage centrifugal pump vibration and noise sound great, measures and methods were given. Shengli oilfield to take the Following measures： the whole center of gravity lower 0.5 m, flow velocity in the pipe at the inlet and outlet of the pump design control in 1.2-1.8 m/s economic flow rate range; Monomer pump head instead of-the whole hydraulic side, reduce the vibration source, convenient operation. Daqing oilfield in shengli oilfield through research and experiment on choose contraposition type-ten plunger pump and unilateral type-five injection pump replaced with the parameters of-the centrifugal injection pumps, in order to reduce vibration and noise, and remove the pump unit with the joint of the base, directly installed on the base; Joint base of unilateral pump unit second- ary grouting enrichment, reach the purpose of-reducing vibration and noise. Implementation of-these measures in reduction of-vibration and noise during unit running after leveled off provides technical which support to expand the field test.
