摘　　要：对2016中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会针织染色设备进行述评。介绍了几类染色设备的基本结构和主要特征,包括气液染色机、溢流染色机、喷射染色机、筒子染色机等;介绍了几种实验室设备以及染化料自动配送系统。指出,气液染色机具有显著的节水、节电、省汽和节省助剂,而且适应织物品种更广泛的特点,成为本届展会上的亮点;小浴比仍是溢流或喷射染色机技术先进的主要特征;化验室的滴定机都已采用了无输送管,滴液瓶的取放、清洗、烘干以及配送采用了机械手自动控制,很大程度上提高了滴液精度,并减少滴液浪费;国内已有制造商掌握了染化料自动配送系统技术,并展出了相应设备。In this paper, knitting dyeing machines on the 2016 China international textile machinery exhibition- ITMA Asia are reviewed. The basic and main features of dyeing machines are introduced as examples, including gas-liquid dyeing machine, overflow dyeing machine, jet dyeing machine, cone dyeing machine and so on. Several kinds equipments used in laboratory and dye stuff automatic distribution systems are introduced. It points out that gas-liquid dyeing machine has outstanding features of water, electricity and auxiliaries saving, and can adapt a wide variety of fabric, which is the biggest draws in this exhibition; reducing bath ratio is still the feature of over- flow and jet dyeing machines; laboratory titration machines mostly adopt delivery pipe, and taking,putting and cleaning of drip bottle uses manipulator control, which improves dripping liquid precision and declines dripping liquid waste; there are some enterprises who have developed dyestuff automatic distribution system, and correspond- ing equipments are exhibited.
