摘　　要：对2016中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会针织印染后整理设备进行了述评。介绍了针织物拉幅定形设备、针织物功能性后整理设备,并详细阐述了设备的基本结构以及主要技术特征。指出,拉幅定形机烘房结构设计、热回收和自动过滤技术是本届展会拉幅定形机的亮点,许多拉幅定形机采用了内置式烟风道来减少热能损失,而定形机的加热方式目前也大多采用了天然气或中压蒸汽;功能后整理方面,桑德森力玛推出了适于黏胶类针织物的橡胶呢毯联合预缩机,瑞拓公司推出了采用内置抽吸式除毛系统的磨毛机,绍兴恒元推出了适于针织物的松式烘干、预缩和定形的滚筒式连续烘干机。In this paper, knitting finishing equipments of dyeing and printing on the 2016 China international textile machinery exhibition-ITMA Asia are reviewed. The knitting tentering setting machine and knitting functional machines, and their basic structure and main technical features are expounded in detail. It points out that, the dry- ing room structure design, heat recovery and automatic filtration technology is the highlight of tentering setting ma- chine, and most of the machines use built-in smoke channel to reduce heat loss, and the heating method uses na- ture gas or medium pressure steam; for knitting functional finishing, the rubber blanket joint preshrinking machine which suits for viscose knitted fabric is produced by Santex, sanding machine with built-in suction hair removal system is produced by Rtdd, and continuous loose drying machine with loose drying, pre-shrinking and setting is produced by Shaoxing Hengyuan.
