棉、丽赛纤维弹性提花针织面料生产实践

摘　　要：结合丽赛纤维的性能特点,采用14.5 tex的棉、丽赛(70∶30)混纺纱和4.4 tex的氨纶裸丝交织,在4针道单面大圆机上开发一款新型弹性提花针织面料。详细介绍设备参数、意匠图、织针排列、三角排列、穿纱方式等编织工艺,以及丝光、抛光、预定形、精练、染色、后整理等染整工艺。所开发面料具有凹凸效果,为丽赛纤维功能性针织面料的开发提供思路,可利用丽赛纤维开发具有高附加值的针织面料。Based on the properties of Richcel fiber, the paper develops a new kind of elastic jacquard knitted fabric on four-track single fcircular knitting machine by using 14.5 tex eotton/Richcel blended yarn （70：30） in- terknitted with 4.4 tex spandex. It introduces the knitting technology including equipment parameters, notation plot- ting, needle arrangement, cam arrangement and threading ways, and dyeing and finishing technology including mercerizing, polishing, pre-setting, refining, dyeing and post-finishing. The fabric has the relief effect and the re- sults can provide references for the development of functional Richcel knitted fabrics, and for developing knitted fabrics with high added value by using Richcel fiber.
