摘　　要：以27.78 tex防缩羊毛纱和36.67 tex涤纶ATY麻灰纱合股纱为毛圈纱,以11.11 tex/36 f涤纶长丝为连接纱,在12针/25.4 mm利达正包机上开发一种单面起绒面料。毛圈纱采用3种捻度、2种成纱结构进行组合,并采用合理的编织工艺、染整工艺,开发6种面料,对面料的抗起毛起球性能进行测试。结果表明,采用捻度为300捻/m、皮芯结构的毛圈纱可有效提高面料抗起毛起球等级,改善面料服用性能。The paper develops a new kind of single fleece fabric on 12 gauge single circular machines by using 27.78 tex non-shrinkable wool and 36.67 tex polyester ATY heather grey plied yarn as terry yarn, 11.11 rex/36 f polyester filament as linking yarn. The different composite terry yarns use three kinds of twists and two kinds of yarn structure. Then it develops six kinds of fabrics with reasonable knitting and dyeing technology, and tests the anti-pilling property. The results show that the terry yarn of 300 twists per meter and sheath-core type can effec- tively improve the anti-pilling level and the wearing property.
