纯羊毛针织毛衫加工贸易单耗标准的研究

摘　　要：介绍了HDB/FZ 018—2005《纯羊毛针织毛衫加工贸易单耗标准》制定的原则、执行幅度、商品和加工工艺知识、标准术语的定义、单耗标准及其制定依据、单耗和工艺损耗率情况,分析了生产过程中易产生损耗的工序,并列举了执行示例。指出了各地海关和商务部门应在单耗标准的幅度范围内按加工贸易企业的生产实际审批和核定加工企业生产成品的单耗。This paper introduced the principle, scope, product and process knowledge, terms and definitions, unit consumption standardand and its stipulating criteria, unit consumption and wastage rate of HDB/FZ 018--2005 ＂Pure Wool Knitted Sweater Unit Consumption in Trade＂. The process to produce consumption in the production process was analyzed, and the implementation examples were listed. It pointed out that when approving and verify- ing product unit consumption, commerce authorities and commercial department should combine the trade enterprise actual production and also should be in the range of the processing consumption standard.
