摘　　要：分析了10kV架空线路的雷害事故,探讨了避雷器有效保护范围,并对避雷器进行周期预防性试验。提出要结合国家电力行业标准DL/T1292—2013《配电网架空绝缘线路雷击断线防护导则》,沿线杆塔均应逐级逐相安装避雷器,且应尽量降低避雷器上的残压,消除保护盲区,确保10kV架空线路的安全运行。This paper analyzed the lightning accidents of 10 kV overhead line, and discussed the effective operation range of surge arrester. The preventive test of surge arrester was carried out. It is pointed out that combined by the national electric power industry standard DL/T 1292-2013 ,the surge arrester should be installed along the line tower, and the residual voltage on surge arrester should be reduced,which eliminates the blind spot protection and insures the safe operation of 10 kV overhead line.
