低温绝热气瓶传热计算探讨

摘　　要：介绍了目前低温绝热气瓶结构和工艺的发展现状,对低温绝热气瓶热传递计算进行了研究分析,指出现有热传递计算方法存在的问题,并明确了低温绝热气瓶热传递计算的方法和具体要求,可为低温绝热气瓶设计及设计文件鉴定提供参考依据;通过分析低温绝热气瓶漏热量的影响因素,为制造厂改善低温绝热气瓶产品的绝热性能提供理论指导。This paper introduces the current structure and process of cryogenic insulated cylinder.The heat transfer calculation of cryogenic insulated cylinder is discussed and the existing problems are revealed.It proposes the heat transfer calculation method of cryogenic insulated cylinder and the specific requirements,which can provide references for the design and design document appraisal of cryogenic insulated cylinder.In addition,those factors influencing the heat leakage of cryogenic insulated cylinder are analyzed andthe corresponding conclusions can provide theoretical guidance for the manufacturing to improve the adiabatic performance of cryogenic insulated cylinders.
