汶川地震框架结构震害分析

摘　　要：根据汶川地震之后对汶川县和都江堰市的考察结果,介绍了框架结构房屋在房屋结构体系、填充墙、楼梯、柱、梁、玻璃幕墙、吊顶、通风设备和突出屋面附属构件的震害特征,并为增强框架结构房屋防震减灾能力提出6点建议:(1)保证"强节点弱构件"的实现,节点核芯区要加密箍筋和混凝土要浇筑密实;(2)实现"强柱弱梁"的设计与施工控制,可以增大框架柱截面尺寸,加大纵筋及箍筋配筋率;(3)要加强填充墙与框架梁柱的连接构造措施,可以选用轻质填充墙与框架柔性连接;(4)限制框架柱的轴压比,确保框架柱的塑性变形能力和框架结构抗倒塌的能力;(5)要重视非结构构件与主体结构的连接构造,避免玻璃幕墙、吊顶和通风设备等坠落伤人;(6)出屋面小房间可以将框架柱延伸上去或者做成钢木轻型结构,以防"鞭端效应"造成的破坏;(7)采用隔震与消能减震设计来减轻框架结构的震害。According to investigation results of Wenchuan County and Dujiangyan City after Wenchuan earthquake, it introduces the frame structure building in building structure system, filling walls, stairs, columns, beams, glass curtain wall, ceiling, ventilation equipment and highlighting the roof subsidiary component damage characteristics, and improve the ability of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction frame structure building put forward six suggestions ： （ 1 ） To ensure the realization of ＂strong joint and weak member＂. The nodes in the core area to stirrup, concrete to concrete compacting. （2）To achieve ＂strong column and weak beam＂ design and construction control, can increase the section size of frame column, increase rate of longitudinal reinforcement and stirrup. （ 3 ） To strengthen the connection between the filling wall and frame beam column, we can use the lightweight filler wall and the frame flexible connection. （4）To limit the axial compression ratio of frame columns, and to ensure the plas- tic deformation capacity of frame columns and the ability to resist collapse of frame structures. （5）To pay attention to the structure of non structural components and the main structure, to avoid the glass curtain wall, ceiling, venti- lation equipment, such as falling injury. （6） Out of the roof of the small room can extend the frame column up or made of steel and wood light structure, in order to prevent the ＂whip end effect＂ caused by the destruction. （7）Using isolation and energy dissipation design to reduce the damage of frame structure.
