零逸出新型泵送机械密封的开发应用

摘　　要：分析了胜利炼油厂气体分离装置丙烷泵工况条件 ,针对该泵研制开发出新型的非接触式零逸出上游泵送机械密封。工业应用结果表明 ,新型的上游泵送机械密封可实现丙烷等易挥发性介质的零逸出 ,基本消除对环境的污染 ,且具有安全可靠、使用寿命长、运行费用低等优点 ,在轻烃、液态烃类介质泵上具有广泛的推广应用价值。Analyzes the operating conditions of the propane pump of gas separator in Shengli Refinery. A new type of non-contact zero runaway mechanical seal for upstream pumping was developed for this pump. The industrial application result shows that the new type upstream mechanical pumping can realize zero runaway of such volatile media as propane, and basically eliminate pollution to the environment, and that it has the characteristics of safety and reliability, long service life and low operating cost, so it has application prospects in light hydrocarbon and liquid hydrocarbon media pumps.
