摘 要:将降解的壳聚糖和硅溶胶混合液用于表面施胶,探究壳聚糖与硅溶胶二者的复配比例、施胶用量和硅溶胶的粒径大小对成纸的抗张强度、平滑度、Cobb值和表面强度等性能的影响,通过扫描电镜(SEM)手段对壳聚糖/硅溶胶的成膜性能进行分析以及其与AKD和PVA/淀粉等传统施胶剂的表面施胶效果对比实验。结果表明:壳聚糖与硅溶胶的最佳施胶配比为1∶9;在表面施胶量为40 g·m^(-2)范围内,增加施胶量,成纸的强度、平滑度和抗水性能越好;SEM测试结果显示壳聚糖/硅溶胶具有优异的成膜性;与AKD和PVA/淀粉对比结果显示壳聚糖/硅溶胶施胶的成纸具有更好的综合性能。The degradative chitosan and silicon sol mixture was used for surface sizing,the effects of theirdistribution ratio,the resin content and the particle size of silicon sol on paper properties,such as tensile strength,smoothness,Cobb value,surface strength were studied. By means of scanning electron microscopy( SEM),the film forming- properties of chitosan/silica sol for surface sizing were analyzed. Through comparative experiments with the traditional sizing agent AKD and PVA/starch,surface sizing effect was compared. The result shows that the best sizing ratio of chitosan to silicon sol is 1: 9; Within the scope of surface sizing consumption up to 40 g·m-2,the glue quantity is higher,the properties of paper such as the strength,smoothness,and water resistance are better;SEM test shows that the chitosan/silicon sol mixture has excellent film- forming ability; Compared with AKD and PVA/starch,chitosan/silicon sol shows better comprehensive sizing performance.
