摘  要:为研究独立梁下扣件式钢管支撑架的结构鲁棒性,结合失稳状态下结构的内力与变形特征,针对性地提出了基于变形控制的结构稳定临界承载力,并对已有的结构鲁棒性量化评价指标进行改进。通过4种支撑架设计模型的计算对比,分析了梁两侧外延立杆间距与水平杆加强层对结构鲁棒性的影响。结果表明:加载区立杆的构件易损性系数明显高于非加载区,而立杆的重要性系数却略低于非加载区;减小梁两侧外延立杆间距能有效提高结构鲁棒性;设置水平杆加强层在一定程度上提高了结构的稳定承载力,但降低了结构鲁棒性。In order to study the structural robustness of fastener steel tube formwork support for independent beam, a target--oriented stable critical bearing capacity based on the controlled de- formation is proposed in combination with the internal force and deformation features of structure under the condition of instability, and an existing quantitative index for evaluation of structural robustness is improved. Through the calculation and the comparison of 4 kinds of design model for formwork support, the effects of the transverse spacing of upright tube at epitaxial both sides of beam and the strengthened layer of horizontal tube on the structural robustness are analyzed. Result indicates that the component vulnerability coefficient of upright tube at loading zone is sig- nificantly greater than that at non loading zone, and its member importance coefficient is slightly less than that at non loading zone. Decreasing the transverse spacing of upright tube at epitaxial both sides of beam can effectively improve the structural robustness. Setting the strengthened layer of horizontal tube could improve the stable bearing capacity of structure in a certain extent, but the structural robustness has been reduced.
