摘　　要：邯郸市辖区内案例医院Co-60放疗机退役,放射源送交有资质单位收贮。本文根据相关法律法规及标准,对此医院放疗机退役后场址环境辐射影响进行分析、辐射环境进行监测,经过现状监测和环境影响分析,该医院退役场址达到无限制开放标准。Handan city jurisdiction Co - 60 radiotherapy machine, a hospital source to the qualified unit control store. In this paper, according to relevant laws and regulations and standard, this hospital radiotherapy machine after site environmental radiation effect is analyzed, the radiation environment monitoring, through the status monitoring and environmental impact analysis, the retired hospital site reach unlimited open standards.
