摘　　要：论文系统介绍了北部湾渔业资源特点、《中越北部湾渔业合作协定》共同渔区管理机制以及协定生效以来的相互入渔情况,以2004-2012年度中越双方相互入渔安排数据为基础,分析了近年来中越北部湾捕捞力量变化情况,并提出相应结论及政策建议。This paper systematically introduces the characteristic of fishery resources in Beibu Gulf, the management mechanism and evaluates access fishing status in ＂Commom Fishing Zone＂ （the agreemental water of the Fishery Cooperative Agreement in Beibu Gulf between the People＇s Republic of China and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam）. Based on access fishing data during 2004-2012, the current variation of the fishing effortment is analyzed in Beibu Gulf and the corresponding conclusions and policy recommendations are put forward.
