经济新常态下江苏沿海滩涂开发模式研究——以盐城市大丰区为例

摘　　要：盐城市大丰区沿海滩涂资源丰富,开发历史悠久,已形成了多样化的开发模式。在经济新常态下,要实现滩涂资源的持续利用与价值提升,就必须不断优化与创新滩涂开发模式。本文以盐城市大丰区为例,分析了滩涂农业、滩涂工业与滩涂服务业等三种开发模式的现状,认为滩涂开发存在方式粗放、资源利用率不高,生态系统破坏严重、环境调节功能减弱,管理体制不顺等问题,论文提出了生态园区开发模式、"(滩涂+A)+休闲旅游"模式、产业复合生态模式、港口带动模式等四种新的开发模式。The coastal tidal fiats resources are abundant, and there is a long development history and it has formed diversified development models in Dafeng county, Yancheng city. Under the New Normal, to come true the sustainable utilization of coastal tidal fiats＇ resources and value enhancement, the development mode of tidal fiats must be continuously optimized and innovated. Taking Dafeng County in Yancheng City as an example, this paper analyzes the development situation about three development patterns of coastal tidal fiats. We find several problems in the resources development, such as extensive development mode, low utilization rate of resources, ecosystem destruction, environment regulating function being abating and so on, then puts forward to ＂eco-agriculture garden＂ development pattern, ＂（tidal fiats ＋ A） ＋ leisure travel ＂ mode, industrial compound ecological pattern and
