摘　　要：渔业标准化是现代渔业的重要标志,也是现代渔业发展的重要基础,加强渔业标准化建设对加速传统渔业向现代渔业转变具有重要意义。论文基于对渔业标准化意义及发展现状的分析,提出要构建覆盖渔业产前、产中和产后全产业链的渔业标准化体系,建立市场引领、政府推动、技术部门指导、企业带动、渔民参与的"五位一体"渔业标准化协作推进机制,并有针对性地提出了我国渔业标准化工作的要素条件和保障措施。Fisheries standardization is both the important symbol and foundation of modern fisheries. To strengthen the standardization of fisheries can help to enhance the modernization of traditional fishing. In this paper, based on analyzing the importance and current status of standardized fisheries, a comprehensive system was proposed covering the pre-, mid- and post- fishery industry chain. Five mechanisms including market driving, government promotion, technical guidance, enterprises leading, and participation of famers were presented. Additionally, elementary conditions and supporting measures were put forward aiming to enhance the standardization of fisheries in China.
