摘 要:针对WLTP方法在合成车辆行驶工况时的计算量大、耗时过长的问题,本文提出了基于预归类分析的工况快速合成方法。该方法将整条线路工况分为三个典型地域工况类型,在数据采集传送过程中,将数据分类存放于短行程和怠速片段数据库。在合成工况时,先对工况片段进行主成分和聚类的预归类分析,再将各工况片段随机组合构建工况,从而避免WLTP方法由于随机选择工况片段造成的弊端。结果显示,在合成典型工况时,本文所提方法的计算量及计算用时大大降低。Aiming at the WLTP method rely on the computation of driving cycle fragments Euclidean distance calculation of randomly selected conditions fragments caused by large, computing time is too long, the WLTP mode synthesis method based on combination of joint distribution test and cluster analysis is proposed in this paper. In this method, the whole line was divided into three typical regions, and the data base of short stroke and idle speed was constructed respectively. In the process of synthesis, the pre-classification analysis of the main components and the cluster of the driving cycles were carried out to construct the driving cycle of the random combination of the driving cycle, so as to avoid the disadvantages caused by the random selection of the WLTP method. The results show that in the synthesis of bus driving cycle, the calculation amount of the proposed method was greatly reduced.
