宁泌泰胶囊联合西药治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的：观察宁泌泰胶囊和左氧氟沙星及坦洛辛联合治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效及安全性。方法选择126例慢性前列腺炎患者，采用数字随机法将患者分为两组，每组各63例。对照组：左氧氟沙星片＋坦洛辛。观察组：左氧氟沙星片＋坦洛辛＋宁泌泰胶囊。1个疗程为2周，2个疗程后评价疗效。记录治疗前后慢性前列腺炎症状指数（NIH-EPSI）评分及前列腺液白细胞数目，并且比较治疗前后两种疗法的疗效及安全性。结果观察组治疗后前列腺液常规检查中白细胞计数低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t ＝7．612，P ＜0．01）。观察组治疗后 NIH-CPSI 量表的疼痛或不适症状[（5．32±1．67）分]、生活质量[（3．60±1．34）分]、排尿症状[（3．28±0．93）分]、总评分[（13．95±4．77）分]都低于对照组的（9．21±1．88）分、（4．69±1．43）分、（4．65±1．20）分、（20．39±5．24）分，差异均有统计学意义（t ＝16．786、6．987、6．641、13．876，均 P ＜0．01）。观察组总有效率为87．3％，高于对照组的66．7％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝7．987，P ＜0．05）。两组在治疗期间均未出现体位性低血压、药疹等不良反应。结论宁泌泰胶囊和左氧氟沙星及坦洛辛联合治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效满意，有良好的安全性。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of levofloxacin hydrochloride combined with Tensaw complex symplectic and Ningmitai in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods 126 patients with chronic prostatitis were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups with 63 cases in each group.The control group was given levofloxacin tablets ＋tamsulosin hydrochloride.The observation group was given levofloxacin tablets＋tamsulosin hydrochloride ＋Ningmitai capsule.The treatment course was 2 weeks.The therapeutic effect was eval-uated after two courses of treatment.Chronic prostatitis symptom index（NIH -EPSI）score before and after treatment, and white blood cell of prostate were compared,and the therapeutic effect and safety of two treatments were compared before and after treatment.Results The white blood cell count in the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（t =7.612,P 〈0.01）.After treatment,in the observation group,the NIH -CPSI scale of pain or discomfort symptoms [（5.32 ±1.67 ）points],quality of life [（3.60 ±1.34）points]and voiding symptoms[（3.28 ±0.93）points],total score[（13.95 ±4.77）points]were low-er than those of the control group[（9.21 ±1.88）points,（4.69 ±1.43）points,（4.65 ±1.20）points,（20.39 ± 5.24）points],the differences were statistically significant（t =16.786,6.987,6.641,13.876,all P 〈0.01 ）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.3%,which was higher than 66.7% of the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant（χ2 =7.987,P 〈0.05）.In the two groups,there were no adverse reactions during orthostatic hypotension,drug eruption etc.Conclusion Levofloxacin hydrochloride combined with Tensaw complex symplectic and Ningmitai has satisfactory effect in the treatment of chronic prostatitis,with good security.
