摘 要:采用预乳化、半连续种子乳液聚合法,分别以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、苯乙烯(ST)和丙烯腈(AN)为硬单体合成丙烯酸酯乳液,考察了单体种类及摩尔分数、热处理温度对聚合物膜力学性能的影响。结果表明,在低摩尔分数下,含AN的聚合物膜比含MMA拥有更好的拉伸性能,但在高摩尔分数下则呈现相反的规律。聚合物膜在进行热处理后,其拉伸性能呈现出相同的规律,且随着热处理温度的升高而提高。DSC分析显示,利用摩尔分数预测聚合物的玻璃化转变温度比Fox公式有更好的适用性。Acrylate emulsion was synthesized by seed emulsion combined with semi-continuous pre-emulsification method using methyl methacrylate(MMA),styrene(ST)and acrylonitrile(AN)as different hard monomer.The effects of monomer type,monomer molar fraction and heat treatment under different temperatures on polymer film properties were investigated.The results showed that the polymer film contained AN had better tensile properties than that contained MMA in a low monomer molar fraction,but it showed the opposite pattern in a light molar fraction.Tensile properties of polymer film had the same rule after heat treatment at different temperatures,which improved with heat treatment temperature. DSC analysis result showed that glass transition temperature was better than Fox formula in prediction of molar fraction
