摘 要:采用DPPH法及三价铁还原法研究了杨木、玉米秸秆乙醇发酵残渣、芦苇和麦草等4种木素的抗氧化性及还原力,并分析了木素的结构特征。结果表明,不同原料的乙醇法木素,抗氧化性不同。质量浓度为0.025~0.400mg/mL时,随着质量浓度增加,4种木素的抗氧化能力和还原能力分别不断增强;0.200mg/mL时杨木木素自由基的清除率达70%;0.400mg/mL时玉米秸秆乙醇发酵残渣木素、麦草木素和芦苇木素自由基的清除能力分别为71.5%、68.6%、60.7%。The antioxidant activities and reducing power of four kinds of lignin isolated from poplar,residue of corn stalk,reed,wheat were determined by 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)and ferric iron reduction methods,while the structural characteristics of lignin were analyzed.The results showed that the differences in the structure of lignin from different raw materials extracted by ethanol pulping had different antioxidant activities.The lignin antioxidant and reduction power increased with the concentration of lignin in the rang of 0.025 to 0.400mg/mL.The free radical scavenging rate of poplar lignin reached to 70% when the concentration was 0.200mg/mL;the scavenging rate of lignin isolated from residue of corn stalk,wheat,reed were 71.5%,68.6%,60.7% respectively when the concentration was 0.400mg/mL.
